This coffee is produced by 97 small coffee cultivators who comprise the "Asociacion Los Naranjos San Agustin." The individual farms are an average of 1.5 hectares, and the coffee they produce is fully washed and fully patio sun-dried.
All coffee is hand sorted to ensure the highest quality beans. This commitment to quality is certainly reflected in the flavor profile which is bright, fruity, complex, having a soft and sweet body.
We taste: Cherry, sweet sage, chocolate, vanilla and caramelized sugar flavors; tangy and sweet with a creamy mouthfeel.
