Located in the Buenos Aires coffee region of Volcán de Santa Ana , this single origin coffee farm is owned by a man known as "El Profesor". He teaches social studies at the Buenos Aires school and has one of the best-kept farms in the area. He grows Typica, Yellow Bourbon and Catimor among the Red Bourbons on his farm, Finca Divina Providencia. 

Utilizing the Rio Zarco mill, El Profesor is processing his coffees in a variety of ways. This includes using a honey and a natural process, as he works to separate out his special varieties.

We taste: chocolate, toffee and lemon flavor with a nutty aftertaste, sweet and citric.
